B.Com. (Computer Applications)
The full commerce degree, plus the software that finance departments actually run on.
Accounting, tax and finance — with free Tally ERP and GST certification built into the degree.
B.Com. is our largest professional programme and the one with the clearest employment path. The syllabus covers financial and cost accounting, business law, corporate finance and taxation, and every enrolled student may take the Tally ERP and GST certification free of charge alongside it.
That certification matters more than it sounds. Recruiters in Yamunanagar — banks, plywood units, chartered accountancy firms — tell our placement cell repeatedly that they will take a graduate who already knows Tally over one who does not, at the same salary. Our alumni entering CA articleship report the same advantage.
Pass in 10+2 from any stream with a minimum of 45% aggregate. Commerce at 10+2 is preferred but not required.
Admission is granted strictly on the merit of the qualifying examination, following the reservation policy of the Government of Haryana. There is no capitation or donation charge of any kind.
Sixty hours of book-keeping, inventory, payroll and live GST return filing, certified and included in your fee.
Banking, accounting and financial-services recruiters interview primarily from this programme.
The first-year syllabus overlaps substantially with CA Foundation, so parallel preparation is practical.
Accounting concepts are explained in both Hindi and English, which matters a great deal in the first year.
The structure below follows the Kurukshetra University syllabus under the NEP 2020 framework. Papers are revised by the university periodically — the department publishes the current detailed syllabus at the start of each session.
Where our graduates from this programme actually go — based on alumni records, not projections.

SSC-CGL accounts posts, audit and accounts departments, and state commercial-tax recruitment.
The full commerce degree, plus the software that finance departments actually run on.
